Our story
National Roadside Assist is run personally by its owner. It’s a family business, passed down over time — not a franchise, and not a big national call centre.
Over the years, we’ve built a wide network of colleagues from across the recovery industry — experienced people in the same trade who we can call on. That network is what allows us to offer recovery across England, Scotland and Wales, while keeping the business itself personal and hands-on.
We’re not claiming to be the biggest fleet on the road. What we focus on is excellent customer service and care — when you call or WhatsApp us, you’re speaking directly with the team, and our priority is getting to you and getting you sorted, with no fuss.
